On this site you will find information about my coaching service. I qualified as a Personal Performance Coach with the Coaching Academy in 2008. While training, I realised that the recipients of coaching tended to be corporate clients, who saw that it could increase productivity, effectiveness and morale. This struck me as unfair and since December 2009 I have been running coaching workshops in my local community to help groups of adults with a wide range of needs. Currently I am working in partnership with Community Healthcare Innovations and grant funding is provided by the European Social Fund and the London Development Agency. I am also a project facilitator for Children Our Ultimate Investment (COUI), delivering a youth development programme called Teens and Toddlers. First determine that the thing can and shall be done, then find the way.
