Before I became a coach I had been working in the media industry for eight years. I had enjoyed a fulfilling career but it was clear that change was on the horizon.
I was fortunate enough to sample coaching following my departure from the media world. My experience was so positive that I decided to turn my passion for coaching into my career! I balance this career with my role as a mother and step-mother to young children. My partner is a DJ and our schedule is often complicated and challenging. The effectiveness of coaching in my own life came as quite a surprise to me, but I now use coaching techniques daily. Like all coaches, I am constantly working on my own goals - practising what I preach! I now live in East London but have variously lived in Switzerland, Italy and the United States as well as numerous places across the U.K. I am a fully certified coach, having trained with The Coaching Academy.
