In 2007 I left behind a career in media to retrain as a coach.

I currently work with Community Healthcare Innovations, delivering coaching workshops to groups of adults, and Teens and Toddlers, where I am a project facilitator for a youth development and teenage pregnancy prevention programme.

I now live in East London but have variously lived in Switzerland, Italy and the United States as well as numerous places across the U.K.

I am a fully certified coach, having trained with The Coaching Academy.
